Frequently Asked Questions

What forms of payment do you accept? Do you offer Payment Plans?

  • We accept Credit Cards, Cash and checks.
  • We do not accept Care Credit   
  • We do not offer payment plans.

Do we take Walk-in appointments?

  • We do not take walk-in appointments.
  • In May of 2021 Prospect Park Veterinary Clinic went to appointment scheduling.
  • Please call our office to schedule an appointment today! 


Do we have weekend hours?

  • We are open Monday thru Friday
  • We are closed on Saturday and Sundays

Are we accepting New Clients?

  • We are always happy to accept new clients
  • We do require a non-refundable deposit for the exam fee for new clients in order to reserve your appointment. This prepaid deposit will be used on the day of your exam. 
  • If you no call/no show for the initial appointment, you will not receive a refund.

My Pet ingested something, what should I do?

While there are many scenarios of pets ingesting things they shouldn't, it depends. 

If you are unsure, you can always call our office. A customer service representative will try to help guide you. 

  • If your pet ingested something potentially toxic you can call: ASPCA Pet Poison Control at 1-888-426-4435. A consultation fee applies.
  • You can also call Pet Poison helpline 1-800-213-6680. A Consultation fee applies.
